Using Sorbet cardstock as a base, the bottom half of the card was randomly stamped with the empty balloon talk "bubble" in co-ordinating ink.  A strip of Pear cardstock was punched using the Scallop border punch and the "zip strip" from the top of the B&T Duos was added.  A piece of Lollydoodle was adhered to the top half of the card and the "thanks {big time}" sentiments was stamped in Cotton Candy Exclusives ink adhered to a small piece of Jubilee cardstock and propped up on 3D foam tape.  Two small strips of the reverse side of Lollydoodle paper was cut into banners and added to the base of the card along with a few Epoxy Bubbles.
